Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Due to the nature and sensitivity of the raw crystals and gemstones. All raw crystals and custom made pieces are FINAL SALE.

Orders are made according to size and details provided in our conversation. Once items are purchased this makes it custom and it is FINAL SALE.  

We do not accept exchanges.

Please contact us for your repair needs. After 50 days repair/restringing can be done for your bracelets at a cost. Shipping fees are the buyer responsibility. 

Please contact us if there are any issues with your order BEFORE sending it to us. Shipping is the buyers responsibility. If a refund applies, it would be determined only after we receive the product within 3 days of receiving your package. The product must be unworn and we must be able to resell the item. If the product does not meet these standards a refund will not apply.
